Graduate School Work for 2nd M.S. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. The Planning Workshop class project was to produce a report for the former industrial town of Freeport, Illinois. The report identified seven areas of community revitalisation opportunities; brownfield development, green infrastructure, housing, minority entrepreneurship, local transit, passenger rail, and public art instillation.
